If you have found a pet in Fulton County with a registered rabies tag, you can look up the owner information online here.

The Fulton County animal ordinance requires all pet owners in Fulton County to license their dogs and cats. Pet owners who do not comply may receive a citation.

There is a $10 late fee if your license is more that 60 days overdue.


How To License Your Pets:

  • By Mail - Please print and fill out this Pet Registration Form. Along with the completed form, include the correct registration fee amount and a copy of your pet's rabies vaccination certificate and mail to: Fulton County Animal Licensing, c/o PetData, PO Box 141929, Irving, TX 75014.
  • Online - Through
  • In Person - You can purchase your pet's license at Fulton County Animal Services during our regular hours.
